Although I have been very ______ with the service I have received from your establishment in the past, I must express my displeasure with the recent repair work that was performed on my automobile. Although your mechanic ______ me that the oil leak was fixed, the problem has continued and there is now a big oil puddle in my garage.
I know that your service policy states that all repair work is guaranteed. I will hold you to your word. I will be bringing the car in next Monday, and as I am a salesman, I need the car before the following Tuesday. I hope that the problem will be fixed with haste and with ______ cost.
